Your spouse or children may try to outsmart you by cleaning out the computer before they walk away by deleting files, cleaning out internet history or in extreme cases, “reformatting” the computer. What they don’t realize is that the evidence still exists, waiting to be found.
The first step is that we have to make an exact image (copy) of your hard-drive (we can either remove your CPU [the tower] from your residence for a few hours or we can come to your location; we would need access to the CPU for approximately two-six hours). Once complete, your computer is restored to the exact condition it was found in without any signs of the computer being turned on. We then take the image back to our lab and conduct the forensic examination.

If you have children that use the computer regularly, be extremely cautious. With so many sexual predators out there on the internet, you can never be too safe when it comes to your kids. One of the services we offer is a “Teen Profile”. When we examine the computer we build a profile based on their activity. If they have a MySpace account, Facebook or any of the other social networking sites we can in most cases pull the information and find out who they chat with, frequency of the chats and print out all the pertinent content and pictures to be included in the final profile.
If you decide to use our services, our relationship will be 100% confidential. We recover the computer evidence that few others could and we do so in a legal privileged and protected investigation. This can be done discreetly without anyone finding out the computer was ever examined.
